We bring you the new 2025 harvest of one of the most popular coffees from the Finnish micro-roaster Frukt Coffee Roasters. The exceptional Parainema variety from Benjamin Paz from the El Brujo farm in the Santa Barbara region of Honduras has long been one of the absolute favorites of this roaster.
In the cup, you will find a juicy and distinctive flavor profile with tones of dark forest fruits and citrus freshness reminiscent of grapefruit. Thanks to its lively acidity and rich fruitiness, it is more reminiscent of top Kenyan coffees than typical Central American production. Compared to the traditional Pacas varieties from the Santa Barbara region, Parainema is wilder, more expressive and offers an exceptionally lively experience in every cup.
