Some coffees captivate with their intensity, but Bedeye captivates with its subtlety. This batch from the Limmu region of Ethiopia comes from the Bedeye processing station, which works with hundreds of small farmers growing coffee in the fertile mountains of the Gomma region.
In the cup, you will find an elegant combination of floral and sweet tones. Delicate chamomile and honey dominate, complemented by a light fruitiness reminiscent of stone fruit. The coffee has a velvety body, a clean expression and a harmonious sweetness, thanks to which it feels exceptionally balanced and calm.
Unlike the strongly fruity Ethiopian natural coffees, Bedeye offers a refined and transparent flavor profile. It is a coffee that does not need to impress with intensity - it stands out with elegance, lightness and precision of processing. It is great to enjoy with a slow morning filter, but it will not get lost in an espresso either.
