Another exceptional coffee from Finnish micro-roaster Frukt Coffee Roasters comes from the Huila region of Colombia, where farmer Yoiner Mosquera cultivates the Rosado variety with extraordinary care.
This batch represents a pure, juicy and perfectly balanced take on Colombian coffee – thanks to anaerobic fermentation of coffee cherries, strong notes of tropical fruit and red berries develop in the cup, supported by fresh orange acidity and a soft creamy texture. The taste is full, sweet and yet elegantly clean – a beautiful example of modern natural processing that preserves clarity and fruitiness without overripe tones.
Frukt Roasters collaborate with Yoiner through the LaREB (La Real Expedición Botánica) project, thanks to which they gain access to the best coffees in Colombia. Each batch is roasted to excel in both espresso and filter.
