We bring you another exceptional coffee experience from Finnish micro-roastery Frukt Coffee Roasters – this time from the Colombian region of La Celia, Risaralda, where farmer Anderson Castrillón cultivates coffee full of life and tropical notes with masterful precision.
Careful layered and anoxic fermentation in cherry and double fermentation creates a coffee with a complex fruity aroma, full structure and beautiful purity of taste. The result is a cup that brings tropical fruit, citrus and a distinct juiciness, without the disturbing tones of extended fermentation.
Anderson is one of the prominent figures of the LaREB project, which provides access to the best Colombian coffees – and it is thanks to this collaboration that Frukt can bring such exceptional lots to Finland and Europe.
