Another gem from Finnish micro-roaster Frukt Coffee Roasters comes from the Colombian region of Pereira, Risaralda, where the Mustafá family runs five coffee farms. This Estate Lot by Ana Mustafá is their signature coffee – complex, elegant and full of life.
The cup opens with a rich expression of red fruit, mainly apples and cherries, complemented by a subtle sweetness of dark chocolate on the finish. The coffee is juicy, with a light, lively body and balanced acidity that reflects the purity and precision of the processing.
Frukt Roaster collaborates with Ana through the LaREB (La Real Expedición Botánica) project, which connects small farmers and roasters who share the same passion for fine coffee. The result is a coffee with an exceptionally clean flavor profile, ideal for both filter and espresso.
