The pattern was not chosen by chance, the Saimaa ringed seal is an endangered species that lives exclusively in Lake Saimaa in Finland and there are only 400 individuals left in the world. Lapuan Kankurit has decided to support the rescue of this beautiful creature and part of the profit from the Saimaannorppa collection goes to the Finnish Nature Conservation Association.
