The Sade towel is woven from 100% linen and features a snowball-inspired pattern in olive green, designed for Lapuan Kankurit by Japanese designer Aoi Yoshizawa. Linen dries quickly and feels nice on the skin, so you can use the large towel not only in the bathroom for drying off, but also as a simple kilt by wrapping it around your waist in the sauna. It also works great as a beach towel for the sea.

AOI YOSHIZAWA
Japanese textile designer Aio Yoshizawa was born in Tokyo but now lives and works in Helsinki. She specializes in woven textiles, where she combines a Japanese sense of minimalism with Scandinavian simplicity. She debuted the beautiful Timantti motif in collaboration with Lapuan Kankurit, and we can't wait to see what else the harmony of Japanese creativity and Finnish weaving craft will bring.
