The Saari linen towel gradually changes from soft pink to dark blue. This beautiful motif was designed for Lapuan Kankurit by Japanese designer Aoi Yoshizawa, who lives in Finland. Linen dries quickly and feels pleasant on the body. The large towel can also be used as a simple kilt by wrapping it around your waist in the sauna and is also great as a beach towel for the sea.

AOI YOSHIZAWA
Japanese textile designer Aio Yoshizawa was born in Tokyo but now lives and works in Helsinki. She specializes in woven textiles, where she combines a Japanese sense of minimalism with Scandinavian simplicity. She debuted the beautiful Timantti motif in collaboration with Lapuan Kankurit, and we can't wait to see what else the harmony of Japanese creativity and Finnish weaving craft will bring.
