RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
2 ml per day (approx. 3 pipettes ). Drop directly under the tongue or mix in a drink. Always start with smaller doses and gradually increase. Because KÄÄPÄ Mushrooms extracts are strong, we recommend taking a week break after every 3 months of use.
