RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
1 g of powder per day (approx. 1/2 teaspoon). Mix into a glass of water, juice or tea. Best taken in the morning on an empty stomach. Always start with smaller doses and gradually increase. Because KÄÄPÄ Mushrooms extracts are strong, we recommend taking a week break after every 3 months of use.
