MAIJA LOUEKARI
Finnish designer Maija Louekari was born in Oulu but graduated from the University of Art in Helsinki. She specializes in textile design, for which she has received numerous awards. She has put her talent to good use while working at Marimekko, where she designed the popular Siirtolapuutarha bead texture.
