Norden stainless steel baking dish 28cm

The robust stainless steel Norden pan with lid will win you over with its premium quality and great cooking properties. The aluminum core between the outer and inner stainless steel layers ensures even heating on all types of stoves. The distinctive design of the lid is inspired by traditional Nordic cookware and fits well in the hand. Packaged in a designer gift box.

The surface is protected by a Thermium™ layer, which provides a natural non-stick surface even at high temperatures. The main components are natural silicon and oxygen applied in a very thin layer of 1 micron, which results in a very heat-resistant and chemically stable non-stick surface. The surface does not contain any heavy metals or plastics and is completely free of PFOA and PTFE, and there is no risk of chemical release even when heated to very high temperatures.
