Nettle leaves, licorice root, apple pieces, rose hips, blackberry leaves, sea buckthorn peel, ginger, parsley, beetroot pieces, yarrow leaves, rose petals, natural berry flavour, linden blossoms, rosemary, natural orange flavour.

PREPARATION
1–2 tsp per cup, 5–10 minutes at 100 °C
