MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Hand wash only in warm water, ideally without or with as little detergent as possible. After washing, dry the pan with a paper towel and store in a dry place. From time to time, coat with a light layer of cooking oil as needed.

Before using for the first time, you need to season the pan to give it a naturally non-stick surface. Coat the pan with a thin layer of cooking oil and place it directly in the fire. Leave it there until the oil starts to smoke. Repeat the process 3-5 times. The pan will gradually darken and with continued use it will acquire a darker and more beautiful patina.
