A bowl by world-famous designer Alvar Aalto from the collection he designed for the Savoy Hotel in Helsinki in 1936. At that time, the still young and unknown Alvar Aalto presented his brilliant design inspired by Finnish lakes at the Paris exhibition, where he amazed the whole world. The legendary shape immediately became an icon of Finnish design, which does not age even after 80 years and you can still admire its curves and pass it on as a family heirloom. The glass is colored with a rare red pigment, which creates a uniform cranberry shade. Packaged in a gift box.

The collection is handmade by Finnish glassmakers in original Alvar Aalto molds, with seven craftsmen involved. It takes 30 hours to make one piece, making each product unique.
